A Pennsylvania born, Kolber received her graduate diploma at the University of Miami. Her career in the field began when she was the Video Coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. She was awarded a Sports Emmy for her work for WTVJ-TV Miami. In addition, she was an anchor for WPLG-TV Miami, and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. Her selection was made to anchor ESPN2 at the beginning of 1993. She remained at ESPN2 until Fox Sports hired her. In 1999, she was re-admitted to ESPN and currently serves as the host of "Monday Night Countdown".
